Welcome to Top Up Easy! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and digital content. By accessing or using Top Up Easy, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
TopUp Easy provides instant digital services including game credits, gift cards, recharge codes, and other digital goods delivered electronically upon payment.
Due to the nature of these products, which are considered delivered once displayed or sent electronically, all sales are final and non-refundable.
All digital products are final and non-refundable after delivery, whether used or not.
By completing a payment, the user acknowledges that they understand the nature of the digital goods and agree to receive them electronically without the right to a refund.
Refund requests or payment disputes (e.g., via PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard) are not permitted once delivery is complete.
A product is considered delivered when any of the following occurs:
The code or digital card appears on the user’s dashboard.
The code or card is sent to the registered email address.
The top-up or credit is successfully applied to the user’s provided account or phone number.
Once any of the above has occurred, the order is deemed completed and closed.
The user is fully responsible for entering accurate information (such as phone number, email, and target account for recharge).
Any errors caused by incorrect input are not eligible for refund.
The user is also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of received codes or balances after delivery.
If a user experiences any issue with a completed or successfully delivered product, they must contact our support team within 24 hours from the last status update of the order or product.
After this period, the product is considered complete and valid, and no further claims or refund requests will be accepted.
Refunds are only possible under the following verified conditions:
Delivery failure caused by a technical error on TopUp Easy’s side.
The amount was deducted but the digital product was not issued or delivered.
In these cases, refunds may be processed through the original payment method or as in-store credit, at TopUp Easy’s discretion.
TopUp Easy retains full order logs, server records, and IP data to verify delivery with payment providers.
Initiating false disputes or chargebacks constitutes digital fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.
In case of proven misuse, TopUp Easy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the user’s account.
